Help with a worksheet or your account

Tell us what happened and, if it's about a worksheet, which generator and grade you used and what you saw on the screen. A screenshot helps. Send it from the email address on your account so we can find it quickly. If you're signed in, you can also use the feedback form and attach images.

Billing and refunds

For a refund, include your order number and the reason. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; the Refund Policy has the full rules. Payments run through Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record.

Report a problem with content

If a worksheet has a wrong answer, or content that isn't right for kids or breaks our Terms of Service, email support@aiworksheetmaker.com. Include the generator, the grade and the question, or a screenshot. We review every report.

Privacy requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, email us from your account's address. You can also delete your whole account on your profile page. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
