Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Worksheet Maker (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

The Service

AI Worksheet Maker makes printable worksheets with answer keys for kids in kindergarten through grade 5. You enter a topic, a grade and a question type, preview and edit the worksheet, then print it or save it as a PDF. The math, word search, crossword, handwriting and spelling generators are free, unlimited and need no account. AI question generation comes with a free daily allowance and paid credits.

How worksheets are made

  • Free generators: math, word search, crossword, handwriting and spelling worksheets are built by code, not by AI. Their answer keys are computed by the same code that makes the questions.
  • AI questions: AI models hosted by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (now DeepSeek V4.1 Flash) write questions and answers from the topic or text you provide.

We use these providers' API services to generate results from your inputs. Our Privacy Policy explains what they receive.

AI-generated content

Questions and answers written by an AI model can be wrong, unclear or not right for your grade. Review every AI worksheet and its answer key before you give it to a child. You are responsible for the worksheets you hand out.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account; AI features need an account. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts are for adults only. Children should not create accounts.

Credits and payments

  • AI features use credits after the free allowance. The pricing page lists the costs, and the Service shows the cost before you generate.
  • You can buy one-time credit packs. Checkout shows the price. You don't need a subscription, and nothing renews or charges you again.
  • Waffo Pancake processes card checkout as our Merchant of Record. It collects the payment and any tax that applies.
  • Where the checkout offers it, you can pay with PayPal instead. PayPal processes that payment, and we are the seller.
  • Credits never expire.
  • If an AI generation fails, we don't charge credits for it.
  • Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, except through features the Service offers for that.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Billing disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, contact support@aiworksheetmaker.com before you file a chargeback. We refund incorrect and duplicate charges in full.

Your content

You keep your rights to the topics, text and files you submit. You give us a license to store, process and send them to our providers only as needed to provide the Service. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload. Don't upload material you aren't allowed to share, and don't include children's personal information. We don't use your uploads or results to train AI models.

Using your worksheets

You may print, copy and hand out the worksheets you make, for free, in your classroom, at home, in homeschool and in tutoring. AI results may not be unique, and other users can get similar worksheets. We do not promise that you own exclusive rights in a result, because that depends on the law where you live.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, upload or share:

  • sexual, violent or hateful content;
  • content that harasses, bullies or threatens a real person;
  • content that sexualizes, exploits or harms minors;
  • content that promotes illegal activity, including scams and fraud.

You also agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark and privacy rights;
  • upload content you don't have the right to use;
  • send spam or malware through the Service;
  • get around usage limits, or interfere with or disrupt the Service, or try to access it in unauthorized ways;
  • copy, resell or scrape the Service.

How we enforce these rules

If we find content or activity that breaks these rules, we can refuse requests, delete content, suspend or close the account, and report it to the authorities when the law requires.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account on your profile page. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, and your unused credits are lost.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. We don't refund credits on an account that we close for a breach.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that every generation will succeed, that AI questions or answers are correct, or that a worksheet fits your curriculum. We may change, limit or stop features at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for how you or others use the worksheets you make. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you have a dispute with us, contact us first so that we can try to solve it informally. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
