This Refund Policy explains when AI Worksheet Maker issues refunds.

Failed generations

If an AI generation fails, we don't charge credits for it. You don't need to contact us. The free worksheet generators never use credits.

Credit packs

• Unused packs: you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits from the pack.
• Partly used packs: within 14 days of purchase, you can get a refund for the credits you haven't used. We refund the matching share of the price you paid for that pack. For example, if you used 100 of the 300 credits in a pack, we refund two thirds of its price.
• After 14 days, a purchase is not refundable, unless the law requires otherwise.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, and their credits never expire. There is no subscription to cancel.

Incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the extra charge in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@aiworksheetmaker.com from the email address on your account. Include your order number and the reason for the request. We reply by email.

How refunds work

• Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, processes refunds of purchases made through its checkout. PayPal processes refunds of purchases paid with PayPal.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
• When we refund a purchase, we remove the refunded credits from your balance: all of the pack's credits for a full refund, or the unused ones for a partial refund. Your balance never goes below zero.

Not refundable

• Purchases outside the conditions above, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Credits on accounts that we close for breaking our Terms of Service.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
